Video and photographic endoscopies of furnaces

Specialized service of video and photographic endoscopes.
An endoscopic analysis allows to verify in detail the conditions of areas that are subject to wear and/or are difficult to observe. Images and videos taken by endoscopy are then processed by SGRPRO to emphasize contrasts and then improve image quality, to see refractory material conditions.

Scheduled or emergency service

The service is applicable to the combustion chamber, heat recovery systems and channels, without interrupting the production cycle.

The activity is usually planned in advance but occasionally can be performed in emergency, ensuring a quick intervention on the furnace.
